HELLO STRANGER is a show of artist Adam Dressner’s large scale oil paintings of slice-of-life New Yorkers, alongside performances by some of his painting subjects.
Greg Yüna and Adam Dressner present a portrait show celebrating New York City and its rich, eccentric diversity as well as the chance encounters that first brought us all together. Painting subjects include poets, artists, a principal dancer of American Ballet Theater, construction workers, models, fencers, street philosophers, and a Metro-North employee who works at Grand Central.
