Application Deadline:

  • Acceptances Sent: June 1

Fees and Deposit

  • Non-refundable Deposit Due ($12,500): June 15
  • Final Payment Due ($6,500): October 14
  • Certification of Insurance ($431)* Due: October 14
  • Fee for New Signage ($375)**: October 14

Load-in and Load-out

  • Vendor Load-In: November 9 – 10
  • Vendor Load-Out: December 26
Fair Open for Operation
  • November 11 – December 24
  • Closed Thanksgiving Day
