FREE Fitness Classes at Grand Central – July 11th

Join us for a high-energy, all-levels shadowboxing class taught by Gorilla Vinny – an experienced trainer who can teach as well as he can box! Classes will focus on teaching fundamentals and technique in an accessible way so everyone can join in – regardless of experience. Each session starts with a short calisthenics warmup and orientation of boxing basics. You’ll learn the common strikes, combinations, and defensive moves seen in and out of the ring! Wear comfortable athletic clothes and bring something to hydrate with because you’ll be breaking a sweat while having a great time.
