In celebration of Mental Health Month, More Positiv is partnering with Mental Health America to host “Find Your Positiv,” an immersive, one-day-only pop-up experience bringing New Yorkers a moment of calm, color, and connection in one of the busiest places in the world – Grand Central Terminal – on Wednesday, May 28. The event centers around a simple yet powerful idea: “Find Your Positiv” and share it with the world.
Designed to spark joy, self-reflection, and mental wellness, the “Find Your Positiv” pop-up will offer multiple activations throughout the day to raise awareness for mental health with a charitable tie-in!
7:30 am – 11 am: Commuters, tourists, and everyone in between can enjoy a FREE artisanal, crafted cup of coffee while exploring three unique and engaging experiences.
Petals for Positivity: A real-time flower wall will be built by the public. Simply choose a flower that reflects your mood, add a personal message if you’d like, and place it on the wall. Together, we’ll create a powerful visual snapshot of New Yorkers’ collective mental health—one bloom at a time. NOTE: More Positiv will donate $15 to Mental Health America for every flower placed, turning individual moments into meaningful support. $15 – one flower connects 12 people to MHA’s free, anonymous online mental health screening tool.
Positivity Blooms Here: Guests, media, and influencers will be encouraged to share how they “find their positive” or “stay positive” advice by leaving an audio message. Guests will
also be given seeds to plant, symbolizing how self-care and collective support help us grow.
Positiv Pause: The designed space will provide a moment of calm amidst the chaos. With relaxing music, floral installations, lounges, and the Petals of Positivity wall, attendees are encouraged to take a mindful break, breathe, reflect, reconnect with themselves, or read about mental health tips provided by Mental Health America.
11 am – 5 pm: All experiences will be open to the public after the coffee bar closes at 11 am. During this time, we welcome press and Influencers to run 1:1 interviews with the More Positiv and Mental Health America teams. Space is limited. Public access to all installations will end at 5 p.m.
