Launched in 2014, and based in New York City, Jet Set Candy was conceived to fill a void in the market for a premium line of travel souvenirs. The collection includes brand new Passport Stamp charms in sterling silver and solid gold for every country in the world, launched in tandem with the opening of its first store located in the Lexington Passage of iconic Grand Central Terminal.
The store will also carry its “luggage tag” charms bearing airport codes for some 200 destinations; cuffs and rings with travel quotes, and chains in a range of styles and lengths. Among its intricate and popular moveable charms are a miniature Chrysler building with a drop-down hinge that reveals a tiny key to NYC, a Dubai magic lantern with three little chained diamonds inside to make wishes on; or a gold vermeil Matryoshka Doll that encases a miniature silver doll which in turn encases a tiny rose gold doll.
Each link of its signature Infinity Charm Bracelet has a hidden hinge that opens, so that charms can be slipped on and off or changed out. Also brand new are goatskin Passport Covers and Luggage Tags, Jet Set Candy’s first foray into small leather goods.
Jet Set Candy creates custom pieces, and has designed them for Vanity Fair/American Airlines; L’Oréal; New York Public Library; Tzell Travel; San Jose Tourism; and W Hotels, among others.
